Program Details

AcroFit is a conditioning class that will help you build functional strength, increase active flexibility, coordination and balance, and work stabilizer muscles. This class is designed based on AcroYoga, and uses conditioning techniques from yoga, acrobatics, dance, pilates, crossfit and weight lifting. We will focus on the entire body - from core strength to unify the body, to leg stability and arm strength for handstands and inversions. AcroFit is appropriate for all levels of experience… be prepared for a fun and challenging workout! Class runs 1 hour.
