Program Details

This Pilates mat class will be a combination of traditional Pilates exercises, focusing on form and the principals, as well as, more contemporary exercises using small props. Students will learn to work their bodies from the inside out, discovering muscles they never knew they had. This class is designed to condition the entire body and promote balanced musculature, flexibility, and agility.
