Program Details

Vinyasa Yoga, or 'flow' yoga, is characterized by seamlessly moving from one posture to another using breath. Vinyasa offers a variety of postures, so no two classes are ever the same. As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things and translates that into its practice. Classes typically run 1 hour and 15 minutes.
